Talent reserves the right to modify precautions at any time due to comfort level at the time of the event.
We are making plexiglass barriers available as an option to celebrities during photo ops. Each celebrity may choose to utilize it or not up until the time of their photo session. Just as personal preferences are fluid, so is the situation and we appreciate your understanding! Verify on-site as to if plexiglass has been decided to be used during your photo op, and if that doesn't meet with your preferences, you may request a refund before entering the booth to get your photo taken. Fees are non-refundable except upon guest cancellation.
LAST DAY FOR REFUNDS: Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 11:59 PM CENTRAL. Tickets will become non-refundable after that date, the exception being that a talent has to cancel their appearance. Please also be aware that fees are non-refundable when requesting a refund! To submit a refund request, please contact our support team here.
Please note: Times, group #'s, talent, products, and prices are subject to change without notice and prices do not include taxes or fees. Be sure to check the schedule to verify times. Currently, we are selling by day only and a photo op schedule will be released closer to the convention, at which time you will be sent new tickets with the times on them.

Photo Op Limit: You are welcome to have up to 4 individuals* per Photo Op ticket (this limit does not apply to the talent or children 3 years and younger) unless otherwise noted on the talent sales page. This limit may change at any time, so please check back regularly. *Also be advised that due to the current global pandemic some talent may have a more restricted limit of individuals per Photo Op ticket. This information will be available on that talent’s sales page and may change at any time!
Change day of photo op or autograph: using the email address you used to purchase your photo op or autograph tickets with, create an account at https://epo.io and, after logging in, you can make changes to existing tickets such as change the day or group as long as sessions/groups are not sold out.
Exchange your photo op or autograph ticket for a different talent: you can do so online by placing the new photo op/autograph of equal or greater value into your shopping cart and choosing "Exchange Existing Ticket" on the checkout page. Please be aware that the full value of your existing ticket must be used as we are unable to refund any unused $ amounts.
