Q. What is a VIP Live Autograph?
A. VIP Live Autograph will be a live stream of the guest signing autographs, telling stories, and answering fan submitted questions.
Q. What makes a VIP Live Autograph a VIP experience?
A. VIP Live Autographs are limited to 20 fans and will have an exclusive image signed by the guest that cannot be purchased separately.
Q. How do I ask my questions?
A. Fans will be able to propose a question when making the initial purchase. Please note, not all questions will be answered on the live stream.
Q. Where on the image do you have the celebrity sign the item?
A. We recommend the celebrity signs in obvious blank spaces, or in other areas where the signature will stand out, however it is at their discretion.
Q. What color ink will the signatures be in?
A. We will be sending a variety of colored pens to the Celebrities along with our recommendations for each image type, but expect Black, Blue, Silver to be standard.
Q. Do you offer a Certificate of Authenticity with the autographs?
A. Unfortunately, Certificates of Authenticity are not available at this time.
Q. Can I return my order?
A. Our refund deadlines are placed prominently at the top of our Info page for each event in our online store. If you are within our refund deadline, all you need do is either fill out a support ticket at https://ask.epo.io with the following information:
Your order number
The name you purchased with
The email you purchased with
The item you want to be refunded.
Q. What if I don’t like the signature received?
A. If the signature you received is smeared or incorrect please fill out a support ticket at https://ask.epo.io or email us. Exchanges or refunds will only be provided for damaged items. Please be advised if your item was dedicated that a reproduction of the dedication may not be possible. Our customer service team will be able to provide you with the available options specific to your situation.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. United States domestic orders take 6 to 8 weeks (from the conclusion of the event) for processing and shipping. Due to Covid-19, we will process and ship international orders as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee transit time.
Q. Do you provide tracking for shipments?
A. Yes, you will be provided tracking information for your purchase once the item is on its way to you. Tracking will not be available as the item is transported to and from the celebrity for signature.
Q. How do you ship signed photos?
A. We only ship photos flat. We will place every photo inside an archival-safe polypropylene bag, that will also have an acid-free coated board, that will be shipped in a rigid mailer.
