Photo Op Limit: You are welcome to have up to 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 12 or under) per Photo Op ticket unless otherwise noted on the talent sales page. This limit may change at any time as we get closer to the event.
No Props: To ensure a safe and streamlined experience for all during photo ops, we have implemented a strict no-props policy. Any props can be left briefly on the provided shelves or tables while you get your photo taken.
Autograph tickets must be printed and will be scanned and collected at the talent's table. You may be asked to show your tickets prior to entering the celebrity area.
Admission is a prerequisite. If you do not have admission for the days you're purchasing yet, be sure to get your admission tickets before they sell out.
While at table generally means anytime they aren't scheduled for panels, photo ops or breaks.
Please note: Times, group #'s, talent, products, and prices are subject to change without notice and prices do not include fees. Be sure to check the schedule online or on-site to verify times.

Change day of photo op or autograph: using the email address that you used to purchase your photo op or autograph tickets with, create an account at https://epo.io and, after logging in, you can make changes to existing tickets such as change the day or group as long as sessions/groups are not sold out.
Exchange your photo op or autograph ticket for a different talent: you can do so online by placing the new photo op/autograph of equal or greater value into your shopping cart and choosing "Exchange Existing Ticket" on the checkout page. Please be aware that the full value of your existing ticket must be used as we are unable to refund any unused $ amounts.
LAST DAY FOR REFUNDS: Thursday, March 30, 2022, at 11:59 PM UTC+0. Tickets will become non-refundable after that date, the exception being that a talent has to cancel their appearance. Fees are non-refundable except upon guest cancellation. To request a refund, please contact our support team.
